From October 16 to March 15, the period opens for reporting recreational fires conducted within 400 meters of forest land in Sant Pere de Vilamajor.

The Sant Pere de Vilamajor City Council announces the opening of the reporting period for recreational fires. This regulation will be in effect from October 16, 2026, to March 15, 2027.
It will only be necessary to report recreational fires, understood as leisure or festive activities using firewood or branches, when they take place on the ground or in barbecues located less than 400 meters from forest land.
It is important to note that compared to last year, the safety distance has been reduced from 500 to 400 meters. The procedure is now called a “responsible declaration”, although the process remains the same. Additionally, city councils will no longer manage direct authorizations for individuals through EACAT.
Reporting can be done primarily through the 9PERFOC platform (bgm.agricultura.gencat.cat/perfoc/) or via the EACAT application, using the ARP - Recreational Fire Communication procedure.
These measures aim to ensure public safety and protect the municipality's forest areas.
