The document, resulting from a detailed diagnosis of the municipality's demographic, social, environmental, and health situation, incorporates contributions from healthcare professionals, pharmacists, municipal technicians, and citizens.
Based on this analysis, 34 actions have been defined, distributed across 9 work areas and structured into three main blocks: healthy habits and physical and mental health; dependency and care; and healthy urban and environmental surroundings.
The initiatives will prioritize the promotion of healthy habits, emotional well-being, proximity services, and the improvement of the municipality's urban and natural environment.
The plan will be implemented progressively between 2026 and 2030, depending on resource availability, inter-administrative collaboration, and access to grants.
