The council has initially approved the project, which is now in the public exhibition phase. The intention is to begin the renovation works of the Cultural Center as soon as possible, an important project that has been divided into three phases due to its economic cost.
The first phase includes the construction of a new stage, an adjacent storage area, and the replacement of the asbestos roof. The second phase involves building a kitchen, new restrooms, and tiling these spaces.
The third and final phase, which is currently in public exhibition, consists of installing air conditioning throughout the facility. The first two phases were approved weeks ago.
