The Casteller Museum of Valls celebrated today, May 9, the arrival of its 50,000th visitor since its inauguration in 2023, with an event dedicated to cultural accessibility.

This milestone was commemorated with a special reception for the Associació Fem Pinya from L'Espluga de Francolí, an entity composed of people with functional diversity. The event underscores the museum's desire to promote universal access to culture and strengthen collaboration with social entities in the region.
Since its opening, the Casteller Museum has established itself as a benchmark in the preservation of intangible heritage. With this celebration, the institution has sought to reaffirm its social commitment, transforming the achievement of 50,000 visitors into a shared and collective experience.
The mayor of Valls, accompanied by the councilor for Tourism and Governance, was responsible for welcoming the association members and presenting a commemorative plaque. Additionally, visitors were able to jointly enjoy the immersive experience Enxaneta 360º, one of the most emblematic activities of the museographic tour, and received official museum merchandise.

"With this initiative, the Casteller Museum reaffirms its commitment to working for an accessible and inclusive culture, where the values of the casteller tradition such as the 'pinya', teamwork, solidarity, and overcoming challenges also become a tool for social transformation."
