The Circuit Tardor en Dansa, promoted by the Department of Culture and dance associations, aims to strengthen the market and decentralize the performing arts across Catalonia. Alcover has joined this initiative as one of the twelve municipalities programming performances in this discipline.
The program in Alcover includes five shows that can be seen this Sunday, September 20th, at 6:00 PM at the Convent de les Arts.
The presented works are: 'Dosis' by the company Unaiuna, an exploration of madness as a playground for two women; 'Jarana' by the company Laia Santanach, reflecting on the permanence of traditional group celebrations; 'The Falling Man!' by the company Wonderground, an acrobatic dance performance; 'Takk' by the company GeBa, a contemporary dance piece; and 'The Void is neverempty' by the companies Anna Borràs and Alma Steiner, exploring the invisible memory of spaces.
This dance cycle has seen good attendance and a positive reception from the public.
