The Valls Chamber of Commerce has launched the FP PIME program to facilitate the integration of Dual Vocational Training into the business fabric of the Alt Camp region.

This initiative aims to simplify administrative procedures and provide personalized support to small and medium-sized enterprises interested in participating in this training model. The Dual Vocational Training system combines theoretical learning with practical experience within companies, allowing for qualifications that are better aligned with the real needs of the labor market.
For companies, the program is an opportunity to train future professionals according to their own operational requirements, while improving productivity and becoming active agents in the social development of the territory. Meanwhile, students gain more direct access to the labor market through the practical application of their knowledge.
SMEs wishing to join this proposal must appoint a tutor to supervise the student, ensure a safe working environment, and coordinate the training plan with the corresponding educational center. Interested companies can request more information through the Valls Chamber of Commerce contact channels.
