The musical performance took place at the Sant Joan church, attracting a large number of attendees who enjoyed the live organ music.
The festival's program in Valls also included, during the midday, "Dones eclipsades" (Eclipsed Women), a musical story concept designed for all ages, narrating important women's stories through music.
Additionally, the festival extended to other locations. In Santes Creus, "Lumen Tenebrae" was presented, a vocal concert featuring works by Victoria and Bernat Vivancos.
Looking ahead to the weekend, the festival will continue in Alcover with "Saó. Circ i música" (Circus and Music) on Saturday. In Santes Creus, also on Saturday, the Quartets of Haydn and Arriaga will be performed, along with Elizabethan Consort Music.
On Sunday, August 16th, the closing day, Olga Pashchenko will perform in Alcover with Fanny Mendelssohn's "Das Jahr". In Santes Creus, Momi Maiga and Adama Cissoko will offer a concert of West African music, followed by the Symphonies of Felix Mendelssohn, which will mark the end of six days of music and culture.
