The decision, made during this afternoon's plenary session, accepts and upholds allegations presented by the cooperative Titaranya, SCCL, facilitating the development of a cooperative housing project.
This modification, initially approved on April 27th, incorporates key aspects such as maintaining the set-back attic, restoring original balconies, and updating the heritage protection file for Ca l’Alemany.
Councillor Sònia Roca Domingo (Junts) highlighted the significance of the provisional modification, while Jèssica Beltran (CUP) celebrated the acceptance of Titaranya's allegations, emphasizing support for cooperative housing.
The document also includes conditions set by the Department of Culture to ensure the preservation of architectural and archaeological heritage. Following provisional approval, the file will be sent to the Territorial Commission of Urbanism of the Camp de Tarragona for final validation.
