The renowned journalist, international politics specialist, and director of the digital publication Vilaweb, Vicent Partal, will be responsible for bringing the "Objectiu independència" cycle to a close before the summer break. The event will take place in Valls.
Partal will use his presence to present his latest editorial work, titled "Entendre els mapes" (Understanding Maps). The presentation is scheduled for Thursday, July 2nd, at seven in the evening, in the event hall of Casa Caritat.
This manual is described as a fundamental complement for understanding global political affairs and domestic trends within the country, employing maps as an explanatory tool. It is linked to "Pissarreta del Partal," a segment where the VilaWeb director uses cartographic elements to analyze events.
Partal has historically advocated for the importance of interpreting maps, believing they not only represent the world but also shape our perception of it.
Prior to the book presentation, at half past six in the evening and at the same venue, the usual assembly of members and supporters of ANC Valls-Alt Camp will be held. This meeting marks the end of the activity cycle before the summer holidays. The pro-independence organization plans to resume its schedule in September.
