Vila-rodona hosts 'Viatges a la Fresca' travel talks in June

The Casal de Vila-rodona will host the 'Viatges a la Fresca' talk series, organized by the Centre d’Estudis del Gaià, taking place between June 12th and 27th.

The town of Vila-rodona is preparing to host a new edition of its travel talk series, a classic event for the start of summer. This year, the series, named 'Viatges a la Fresca' (Fresh Air Travels), will be held in the assembly hall of the Casal de Vila-rodona.
The sessions will begin tomorrow, June 12th, at a quarter past ten at night. The first talk, titled 'Through Patagonia and Tierra del Fuego', will be presented by Josep Maria Gavaldà, who will share images and insights about the southernmost region of South America, covering parts of Argentina and Chile.
The series will continue on the following weekends in June. On Saturday, June 13th, Tana Lana and Ramon Saumell will present 'Stockholm, the City of Wonders'. On Saturday, June 20th, Aina and Victòria Miquel will give a talk titled '31 Days Backpacking Through the Balkans'. The fourth session, on Friday, June 26th, is titled 'Peru, Paths Full of History', by Isa Tell and Pep Miquel. Finally, on Saturday, June 27th, David Rabadà will close the series with 'Yunnan, Southern China'.
