The casteller group from Valls stood out in its participation in the Sant Anastasi Festival in Lleida, where they delivered a memorable performance. The highlight was the successful completion of their first nine-story human tower of the season, a milestone that solidifies their performance this year.
The chosen tower for this significant achievement was the 4 de 9 amb folre, which the group successfully dismantled, demonstrating their skill and preparation. This construction was the most notable moment of the second round of their performance.
The performance began with a pilar de quatre caminant (walking four-person pillar), followed by the 5 de 8, their second of this type this season. To conclude the day and aiming to offer their best repertoire, the Colla Vella debuted the 2 de 8 amb folre. The day was rounded off with a pilar de sis, three pilars de cinc, and three pilars de quatre, adding the finishing touch to a great performance.
