A minibus traveling on the N-II highway was completely destroyed by fire this Wednesday morning near Bàscara, in the Alt Empordà region, leaving the driver uninjured.

Emergency services received the alert at 7:24 AM regarding a vehicle fire on the N-II road. Three Fire Brigade units were dispatched to the scene to extinguish the flames.
The minibus was only occupied by the driver at the time of the incident. Fortunately, he managed to exit the vehicle safely and was reported unharmed by the authorities.
Despite the efforts of the firefighters in Bàscara, the vehicle was entirely consumed by the fire. The cause of the blaze on this Wednesday morning is currently unknown.
