Two men were arrested by the Mossos d'Esquadra on the AP-7 near Capmany after they crashed into a motorhome while driving a vehicle stolen earlier in Zaragoza.

The accident took place on the AP-7 motorway, near Capmany, in the Alt Empordà region. The driver of the car, which had been previously stolen in the city of Zaragoza, underwent substance detection tests and tested positive for THC and cocaine.
Following the collision, the stolen vehicle overturned. Both occupants of the car sustained minor injuries and were immediately arrested by Mossos d'Esquadra officers.

The incident highlighted the risk posed by driving under the influence of drugs and using stolen vehicles on Catalonia's major highways.

The occupants of the motorhome involved in the crash were completely unharmed, as were their two dogs, who were also inside the vehicle at the time of the incident.
