The position (REF. 2026/02) aims to provide direct support to the Head of Human Resources in the comprehensive management of the area, as well as autonomously managing key operational processes such as recruitment, onboarding, labor administration, and presence control. Among the responsibilities of the new technician will be actively participating in the definition, deployment, and monitoring of personnel policies, including equality plans, training, and performance evaluation. They will also collaborate in the interpretation and application of labor regulations and the collective agreement of Fisersa.
An indefinite contract with a six-month trial period is offered, along with a full-time intensive schedule from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, and a salary of €33,681.71 gross per year.
To be admitted to the selection process, candidates must hold a Degree or Licentiate, demonstrate accredited experience exceeding 1.5 years in similar HR Technician roles, possess C1 level Catalan proficiency, and hold a valid B driving license. A Master's or official University Postgraduate degree in Human Resources and experience in implementing equality plans will be positively valued.
