The persistent situation of incivility has generated strong concern among Vilatenim residents. According to their complaints, the constant presence of scattered waste around the sports and commercial area offers an image of degradation that persists over time.
The most affected area is centered especially around the UE Figueres stadium and fast-food establishments such as Burger King and KFC, points that concentrate high pedestrian traffic and, consequently, greater waste generation.
Residents ask the Figueres city council to increase control, improve public street cleaning, and promote citizen awareness campaigns to stop incivility.
