Associació Atlètica Figueres wins three medals at Catalan Championships

The Associació Atlètica Figueres celebrated a successful run at the Catalan Championships, where three of its young athletes secured podium positions in recent track and field events.

In the sub-18 category, hurdler Roger Pérez claimed the silver medal in the 60-meter hurdles. Pérez delivered a standout performance, setting a new personal best with a time of 8.06 seconds.
Idalky Paulino also earned a silver medal in the sub-18 combined events. With a total score of 4,712 points, Paulino has officially qualified for the upcoming Spanish National Championships.
The club's medal count was rounded off by Héctor Hidalgo, who took bronze in the sub-16 60-meter sprint. Hidalgo completed the race in 7.41 seconds, marking another milestone for the Figueres-based club.
