Bàsquet Vilafant and Roses managed to break a months-long negative streak this weekend in Segunda Catalana, securing two wins that keep their relegation battle alive.

The weekend was particularly successful for the Alt Empordà sides. Roses won convincingly away at Canet with a 65-80 scoreline. Jordi Chacel's team controlled the game from start to finish with high shooting percentages.
Meanwhile, Bàsquet Vilafant had to fight until the very end to defeat Bisbal Bàsquet's reserve team 70-65. Jordi Burgas's squad only secured the win in the final minutes of a closely contested match.
