Peralada and l'Escala played out a memorable 2-2 draw this February 22nd in a high-stakes Tercera RFEF local derby that kept fans on the edge of their seats.

The visitors took the lead through Umaru, but Peralada equalized before half-time thanks to Llorenç. The match reached a fever pitch in the final minutes when Elian scored what seemed to be the winner for l'Escala in the 90th minute.
However, Carles Gallardo became the hero for the home side, scoring in the very last second to make it 2-2. Following the result, l'Escala moves up to fourth place with 37 points, while Peralada remains in the play-off hunt with 34 points.
