Psychologist Ricardo Galarza, a resident of Agullana, has launched a free family meditation program in Sant Climent Sescebes this February to study the impact of shared well-being.

The initiative is part of Galarza's Master's thesis at the Complutense University of Madrid. The project, under the enBalance community umbrella, aims to prove that nervous system training serves as a health protective factor at any stage of life.

The six-week program is based on the MBSR model. Supported by the Sant Climent Sescebes Town Council, the sessions combine body awareness and emotional management exercises to reduce stress through a scientific approach.
