The city of Figueres is set to reach an unprecedented concentration of fuel services, with eight gas stations located along a 3.7-kilometer stretch of the Roses highway.

This high density on the C-260 road means drivers will find a refueling point every 500 meters. While fossil fuels dominate, electric vehicle infrastructure remains limited, with only Petrem and Repsol currently offering charging points in the Marca de l'Ham area.

"The new station is the group's response to a commitment to Figueres."

Xim Raurich · CEO of Grup Tramuntana
The eighth station, currently under construction by Grup Tramuntana, is expected to open before summer. This addition brings the total number of gas stations in Figueres to 16, a figure only surpassed locally by la Jonquera, which hosts 21 stations mainly for heavy transport.
