The Catalan music festival, establishing itself as a musical hub during the last week of August, will host 25 concerts across three nearby stages. The previous edition attracted over 100,000 attendees.
The opening night will take place at the Teatre Jardí with the production Llach Gener 76, a reinterpretation of Llach's concert at Barcelona's Palau d'Esports by artists including Gemma Humet, Joan Reig, and Borja Penalba.
The lineup blends established artists, intergenerational bands, and emerging talent. Rock music is highlighted as a central style, according to festival director Xavi Pascual, who states that "Catalonia will return to guitars".
Other confirmed artists for the 23rd edition include Pastora, 31 Fam, Alosa, Fades, Quim Mandado, Iseo & Dodosound, DJ Alegre, Filomena, Cloe Riembau, Def Con Dos, Buhos, Serial Killerz, País de Xauxa, Carlota Giró, Joina, Max Navarro, Dan Peralbo i el Comboi, Malifeta, and Mon DJ. The festival will also feature Locomía and the orchestra Di-versiones.
The Figueres City Council, represented by its mayor Jordi Masquef, emphasized the strong collaboration with the festival's organization, considering it a vital part of the city. Masquef advocated for the commitment to Catalan and free culture as a driver for a more just society.
Beyond the music, L'Acústica will offer parallel activities at the city's museums, including the Museu del Joguet, the Museu Dalí, and Acustiqueta for children at the Museu de l'Empordà. The solidarity cup initiative will continue, with proceeds going to the Associació Contra el Càncer de Figueres.
