The decision responds to the detection of load problems in the line currently supplying electricity to the area. The existing electrical conductor, with an AL120 section, has been deemed insufficient to meet the optimal needs of the residents.
The distribution company E-Distribución will be responsible for carrying out the wiring replacement. The current conductor will be replaced with one of a larger section, AL240, aiming to meet the current and future electrical demand of the area.
The work will commence on Monday, August 24th, and will involve digging a trench approximately 190 meters long along the sidewalk to replace the underground electrical conductor.
The council has guaranteed that access to the homes of affected residents will be maintained throughout the duration of the works. Furthermore, the work area will be properly signposted to ensure the safety of both pedestrians and vehicles.
