The incident took place at 4:26 PM near kilometer point 367. The force of the impact left one vehicle blocking the road and another on the shoulder, forcing a temporary closure of the route in the Alt Empordà region.

Medical teams from the SEM treated six individuals at the scene. Although their injuries were reported as minor, all were transported to Trueta Hospital in Girona as a precautionary measure due to the severity of the crash.

Traffic was restored later in the evening once the wreckage was cleared and the road was deemed safe for motorists.
