Palamós striker Youssef Zayzoun, top scorer for L'Escala in Tercera RFEF, has been transferred to UD Ourense, a team competing in Segunda RFEF, as announced on February 2.

The Alt Empordà club, L'Escala, confirmed the departure of its offensive key player, Youssef Zayzoun, 24. The striker, who scored eleven goals this season, will join the Galician side for the second half of the campaign.
UD Ourense, which plays in Group 1 of Segunda RFEF, announced the agreement to incorporate the player. The Galician team is currently fifth, occupying a spot in the promotion play-off zone.

This move represents a step up in category for Youssef Zayzoun, who had established himself as L'Escala's leading goalscorer since his arrival last summer.

Youssef arrived at L'Escala from Cerdanyola and quickly became the team's top scorer. Prior to this stage, the Palamós native had also played for clubs such as Llagostera, Peralada, Vilassar, and Conquense.
