The Local Police of Llançà evicted a second residence last Friday, January 30, arresting a 23-year-old man with a record for home invasion, after the owner reported the occupation.

The Llançà Local Police carried out an “in flagrante delicto” eviction of a second residence last Friday, January 30, after the owner reported a possible illegal occupation. The operation led to the arrest of a 23-year-old man with a record for similar acts and drug possession complaints.
Agents immediately traveled to the dwelling and confirmed that the access door was barricaded from the inside, preventing entry. Given the lack of response to police requirements, the police had to force access to the home to carry out the operation.
The young man was arrested as the alleged perpetrator of a home invasion crime. Thanks to the speed of the intervention, the owner was able to recover their property immediately.

Professionalism and speed in the intervention.

This operation falls under the express eviction criteria endorsed last year by the Audiència de Girona (Girona Provincial Court). This agreement allows agents to act without prior judicial authorization in illegal occupations committed within the last 24 hours, aiming to expedite both the expulsion and the judicial processing of the case.
