The session will address several key points, starting with the approval of the previous minutes. Subsequently, relevant reports for the fulfillment of municipal management will be presented.
The intervention report on the average payment period for the second quarter of 2026, calculated according to Royal Decree 1040/2017, will be presented. An intervention report on budget execution, in accordance with Organic Law 2/2012, also for the second quarter of 2026, will also be provided.
Furthermore, the Plenary will receive the report from the Catalan Court of Audit 13/2026, concerning the General Account for the 2024 fiscal year. The approval, if applicable, of the General Account for the single budget of the 2025 fiscal year will proceed.
Finally, the rectification of the general inventory of assets and rights of the Pedret i Marzà Town Hall as of December 31, 2025, will be approved. The session will also include time for urgent matters and requests and questions.
