The Roses City Council has reorganized Juli Garreta street, reversing its traffic direction and restricting access for non-resident vehicles to improve safety and visibility.

The reorganization of Juli Garreta street in Roses is now a reality. The measure responds to the demand from local residents who had highlighted the existing problem with vehicles exiting this street onto Pare Claret street, due to the narrowness of the road and poor visibility.
Following a study by the Roses Local Police, the municipal company Rosersa has carried out the necessary vertical and horizontal signage work for the new configuration.
From now on, the direction of traffic is reversed, heading towards Ramon i Cajal street. Furthermore, vehicle access is restricted, only permitted for building parking lots, emergency services, and authorized supply vehicles.
To ensure the necessary road width, parking for cars has been prohibited on both sides of the street, and the space for motorcycles has been relocated.
These new traffic measures have now come into effect.
