President Xavier Lluch emphasized that this strategic document serves as a guide for public policies during the current term. The final goal is to boost social and economic progress in the Alt Penedès region by 2027.

Vice President Albert Tort detailed that the plan is structured into 13 areas and 10 strategic objectives. Key priorities include energy transition, support for local town halls, housing policies, and administrative modernization.
There are currently 14 singular projects active, such as the Tourism Sustainability Plan and environmental improvements at the Foix reservoir. New Social Services offices at Casa Jané have also been inaugurated.
