This initiative, which began in January and will run until the end of July, primarily aims to align participants' competencies with current healthcare system challenges and the CSAPG's strategy. This will enable a more effective response to both professionals and citizens.
The fifth session of this training itinerary will take place during the first week of May. The program, designed in collaboration with Unió Consorci Formació (UCF), has received very positive feedback from participants in the initial sessions, which focused on the strategic framework, leadership styles, and values associated with managerial responsibility.
The consortium highlights the quality of the content and the practical applicability of the tools worked on, as well as active participation and collaborative work as key elements in this first phase. In the remaining seven sessions, the course will delve into essential areas for current management: process management, decision-making tools, health sustainability, information systems, and the development of emotionally intelligent teams.
Furthermore, leadership will be addressed as a driver of cohesion and positive influence, emphasizing managers' ability to build trust, align objectives, and mobilize talent. The program, with a total duration of 65 hours, will culminate with a session dedicated to managing expectations, a crucial aspect in complex and constantly transforming environments like healthcare.
“"The 'Strengthening Leadership DNA' program consolidates CSAPG's commitment to continuous training and the development of solid, coherent, and results-oriented leadership, with the ultimate goal of improving the organization and, consequently, citizen care."
