The incident occurred in the evening, when the building's roof gave way, causing the two youths, a boy and a girl, to fall.
Emergency services transported the injured to Sant Joan de Déu Hospital. The boy's condition is critical, while the girl's is serious.
The reasons why the two teenagers were on the roof at the time of the collapse are still unknown.
Several units responded to the scene: Mossos d'Esquadra (Catalan Police), Bombers de la Generalitat (Firefighters), SEM (Medical Emergency System) ambulances, and a medicalized helicopter.
