ERC Vilafranca renews executive committee with Martí Sapera as president

The Republicans form a diverse and gender-balanced team that incorporates new areas such as the Secretariat for the Elderly.

Esquerra Republicana de Catalunya in Vilafranca del Penedès has renewed its local executive committee, led by Martí Sapera i Bartrolí, to prepare for the 2027 municipal elections campaign.

The Republican party has formed a broad and gender-balanced team aiming to gear up for the 2027 electoral call. This thorough renewal incorporates essential new areas of work, notably the creation of the Secretariat for the Elderly.
The executive team is headed by Martí Sapera as president and Isabel Torrents as general secretary. Other key positions include Xavier Custodio (Organization), Sandra Castaño (Image, Communication, and Feminisms), Jordi Rosell (Municipal Policy), and Montse Espinosa (Finance).

This reinforced and diversified team aims to work based on proximity, listening, and collective ambition to build a Vilafranca better prepared to face current and future challenges.

Also joining are Arturo Alberto Carreño (Ecological Transition), Maria Dolors Tosas (Citizenship), and Maria Rosa Fuentes (Elderly). Furthermore, Maria Salvany, spokesperson for Jovent Republicà, and Pere Sàbat, municipal group spokesperson and mayoral candidate, are part of the executive.
