The Mayor of Vilafranca del Penedès, Francisco Romero, will launch a new round of the Proximity Mayor program in the les Clotes neighborhood starting Monday, March 9.

This initiative marks the first neighborhood visit of 2026. Throughout the week, the Mayor, joined by government members and Vilafranca City Council technicians, will assess local needs by visiting shops, facilities, and community organizations.
The main event will be an open town hall meeting on Wednesday, March 11, at 7:00 PM. The gathering will take place at the les Clotes Neighborhood Association office in Plaça de la Verema, 1, to discuss improvements and review projects completed over the past year.
To encourage direct participation, citizens can book a coffee with the Mayor for more personal discussions. Appointments can be requested via WhatsApp at 600 464 238 or through the official municipal email address.
