The initiative is aimed at collaborative innovation projects with an advanced technological maturity level (TRL 6-8). Projects must focus on five priority areas: circular economy in construction and demolition waste; waste valorisation for industrial energy efficiency; recycling and reuse of electric vehicle batteries; circular economy applied to the textile sector; and digital solutions for the circular economy.
Activities include prototyping, pilot testing, demonstrations, technological development, solution validation, and market replication. The main objective is to accelerate the implementation of technologies that generate a positive environmental, economic, and social impact.
Proposals must be submitted through international consortia comprising at least three entities from three different participating countries. For projects involving digitalization applied to the circular economy, the participation of at least one SME is mandatory.
The call provides a total funding of approximately €13 million, with a maximum of €600,000 per participating entity, depending on the organization type and territorial location.
The application deadline is September 17, 2026. This represents a particularly interesting opportunity for innovative companies, technology centers, universities, and organizations working in sustainability, circular economy, and new technology development.
