Next Sunday, June 21st, Pelegrina Avenue in Vilafranca del Penedès will be closed to vehicle traffic. The Diputació de Barcelona, through its Road Conservation and Exploitation Service, will carry out resurfacing works on this road.
The works will be concentrated in the section between Igualada and Guardiola streets, affecting traffic from 8 AM to 9 PM. This closure includes the area between the North CAP roundabout and the exit towards Guardiola de Font-rubí.
To minimize inconvenience, the works have been scheduled for a public holiday. In addition to the traffic closure, vehicle parking will also be prohibited in the affected section from 6 PM on Saturday, June 20th, until the completion of the works on Sunday evening.
The Vilafranca del Penedès City Council recommends that drivers seek alternative routes and respect the temporary signage that will be installed to ensure the safety and smooth progress of the works.
