The Olèrdola City Council, with the support of the Barcelona Provincial Council, has launched a new cycle of free walks for people over 60 years old, under the slogan "A cent cap als 100!".

This initiative aims to promote physical activity, healthy habits, and socialization among the municipality's seniors, while allowing them to discover new natural environments and nearby landscapes.
As a main novelty this year, the program incorporates Nordic walking, a modality that uses poles for walking and allows for the active exercise of a significant part of the body's musculature. The City Council will provide free poles for those who do not have them.
The activity is completely free and open to all individuals over 60 years of age in good physical condition. Registrations are now open and can be made until October 10th.
Interested individuals can register through the Olèrdola City Council website or by calling the phone numbers 938 903 502 and 667 920 387.
