Nàstic's 'B unit' loses effectiveness and fails to propel the team in the second half

The lack of quality depth prevents the team from finding effective substitutes on the bench, especially after halftime.

Cristóbal Parralo's Nàstic is suffering from a severe lack of squad depth, as players coming off the bench fail to improve the team's performance during the crucial second halves of matches.

The football maxim that substitutes must improve performance on the pitch is no longer being met by the team. Coach Cristóbal Parralo has confirmed that it is difficult to find a game-changer among the reserves who can alter the dynamics in the second half.
The recent match against Torremolinos was the clearest example of this issue. With the score against them, only Juanda Fuentes was a proven player introduced, while the other four changes, including Sergio Santos, had zero or even negative impact, as Santos lost a key duel leading to the final 2-0 score.
Players like Christos Almpanis and Wilfrid Kaptoum, introduced to try and turn the result around, do not have the coach's confidence and have accumulated the fewest minutes this season. In fact, both, along with David Juncà, are on the list of potential departures during this winter transfer window.
Another worrying case is that of Cedric Omoigui, a regular substitute, who also failed to make an impact. The striker, signed to be a starter, shows poor pressing and little participation without the ball. The last time the bench worked was against Cartagena, thanks to a great goal by Jaume Jardí and the contribution of youngsters Agus Gutiérrez and Oriol Subirats.
