The run-off-road incident occurred around 1:20 PM this Thursday, January 15, at kilometer point 146.5 of the C-14 highway. The driver, who was traveling alone, is a 36-year-old man from Barcelona.
Following the accident, the Emergency Medical System (SEM) attended to the motorcyclist. Two units from the Oliana Volunteer Firefighters also intervened to provide assistance at the scene.
After being stabilized, the injured party was transferred to the Primary Care Center (CAP) in Oliana, where he received treatment for injuries classified as less serious.
