Castelló d'Empúries launches free healthy walks

The City Council of Castelló d'Empúries has launched free healthy walk and physical activity sessions, open to everyone, as part of the Dipsalut Physical Activity Program.

This initiative, organized by the Provincial Council of Girona, aims to promote healthy habits and encourage regular physical exercise in both the natural and urban environments of the municipality. The sessions are led by specialized physical activity professionals.
The activities take place on Mondays at 10:15 AM and last approximately one hour. They are designed for all audiences, seeking inclusion and active citizen participation.
