Jordi Gallego and Laura Orgué win the Embarrancada in Coll de Nargó

The 17th edition of the Cadí Circuit Fer kicks off with 241 participants in the Alt Urgell region.

The mountain running season began this Sunday, March 22nd, in Coll de Nargó with the Embarrancada, the first event of the Cadí Circuit Fer championship.

A total of 241 participants enjoyed a spring day in the Pyrenees. The main 10km race started at the Dinosaur Museum and crossed local landmarks such as Coll Piquer and the Sant Jaume chapel, attracting 172 runners in this category.
Jordi Gallego and Laura Orgué secured the top spots on the podium. Gallego was followed by Pau Montané and Lluís Barbé, while Orgué shared the podium with Queralt Riba and Ona Calvet.
In the shorter 6km distance, Pol Solé and Maria Mas were the winners. The circuit will continue on April 4th with the Volta a Peramola race.
