The La Seu d'Urgell Town Hall hosted an official reception this Saturday to honor cross-country skiers Jaume Pueyo and Marc Colell for their performance at the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics.

The event, attended by members of the CEFUC club and local residents, highlighted the athletes' 15th place finish in the team sprint. Mayor Joan Barrera praised their dedication and described them as role models for the city's youth.

The season continues for both athletes. Marc Colell is set to compete in the Junior and U23 World Championships in Lillehammer starting March 2nd, while Jaume Pueyo heads to Ruka, Finland, for the next World Cup event.
