The La Seu d'Urgell primary care center (CAP) will soon launch two new free support groups focused on menopause management and healthy eating in the Alt Urgell region.

The local primary care team has designed these sessions to provide practical tools for citizens. The menopause workshop will be held every Tuesday for three months, covering topics such as pelvic floor health, emotional management, and sleep quality.
Additionally, the program Practical Guide to Food and Nutrition will take place on Mondays. This six-month course aims to establish dietary habits to prevent chronic conditions.

"The goal is to learn and make changes in our daily lives to prevent health problems and act in cases of treatment for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, or overweight."
