A large police operation in La Seu d'Urgell identified 222 people, many with prior records, and issued 14 fines for various infractions.

A joint operation involving the Mossos d'Esquadra, National Police, Civil Guard, and Local Police in La Seu d'Urgell has concluded with the identification of 222 individuals, 161 of whom had previous police records. Furthermore, 14 administrative fines were issued for various offenses.
The operation, named 'Kanpai', took place on Friday afternoon and into Saturday morning in the capital of Alt Urgell. Its primary objective was to combat repeat offending and prevent crimes related to weapon possession and drug trafficking. Among those identified, three individuals stood out for accumulating a total of 70 prior records.
The 14 administrative fines were primarily for drug-related offenses (10), prohibited weapons (2), and the ownership of dangerous breed dogs (2). The operation also included the seizure of two electric scooters and an inspection of a music bar.
Additionally, the National Police initiated 11 proceedings related to potential irregularities concerning the Immigration Law.
