The decision, made last Friday, confirms that a woman will lead an ERC list for municipal elections in the capital of Alt Urgell for the first time. This designation represents a personal challenge for the candidate, who has expressed gratitude for the trust placed in her.

The political project to be presented will focus on fundamental pillars such as housing, the promotion of sports, and the defense of the Catalan language. The candidate, currently a councilor in the La Seu d'Urgell city council, also serves as national secretary for Small Municipalities and EMD within ERC's national executive.

This election signifies the replacement of the current republican municipal spokesperson, who will not be rejoining the electoral lists.
