Strong winds caused six motorcycles to fall on the C-14, in the municipality of Peramola (Alt Urgell), preventing their riders from lifting them and requiring the intervention of Firefighters, with no injuries reported.

This Sunday at midday, an episode of strong wind gusts affected the Alt Urgell region, causing several incidents. Among the dozen calls received by the Generalitat Firefighters, one of the most notable involved six motorcyclists who found themselves unable to continue their journey.
The events occurred at 12:06 PM on the C-14 road, specifically in the municipality of Peramola. The wind toppled the motorcycles, and the intensity of the gusts prevented the riders from putting them back upright.
Two units of the Firefighters were dispatched to the scene. After assessing the situation, they advised those affected to wait for the wind's force to subside before attempting to lift the vehicles. Fortunately, no injuries were reported as a result of this incident.
As a preventive measure due to the storm, the Catalan Traffic Service (SCT) decided to restrict motorcycle traffic on the section of the C-14 between Bassella and Coll de Nargó. Other incidents in the region included fallen trees and detached roof elements.
