The Ground Floor of the Town Hall in Organyà will be the bib collection point on Friday, October 23rd, from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Additionally, a briefing is scheduled for 8:00 PM in the Sala Xart of the same council building. On Saturday, October 24th, bib collection will move to the Plaça de l'Església.
The sporting day will kick off at 8:00 AM with the start of the Marathon (46K) from the Plaça de l'Església. Material checks will take place between 7:30 AM and 7:55 AM. The marathon awards ceremony will be held once the top three finishers arrive, although the organization reserves the right to modify schedules.
The Half Marathon (23K) will start at 9:00 AM, with bib collection from 8:00 AM to 8:45 AM and a start control from 8:30 AM to 8:55 AM. The awards ceremony is scheduled for 12:30 PM, and the race closure at 2:00 PM.
Meanwhile, the 11K Race and the Walk will begin at 9:30 AM. Bib collection will be from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM, and the start control from 9:00 AM to 9:25 AM. Awards for these categories will be presented at 12:30 PM, with the race closing at 1:30 PM.
The children's race through the town will start at 10:00 AM, with bib creation beforehand at 9:30 AM. The organization has also announced a lunch starting at 11:00 AM. The walking route will allow participants to bring their pets, provided they are leashed and under the owner's responsibility.
The walking route will pass by the basses d’Organyà (Organyà ponds), a section of the path to the ermita de Santa Fe (Hermitage of Santa Fe), and the ruta dels dòlmens (route of the dolmens). For more information on the half marathon route, the provided link can be consulted.
