The initiative, which offers a second educational and professional opportunity to young people, has been very well received, quickly filling all available places in the electricity track, a specialty with high demand in the job market. A waiting list has been created for future joiners.
The program, with almost 11 years of success, provides personalized support, guidance, and training to help participants build a future project tailored to their interests and abilities. It is co-financed by the European Social Fund under the Youth Guarantee.
FAR technicians continue to conduct interviews for other training courses and pathways adapted to young people. For more information, contact the education service of the Capellades City Council, located at La Cova.
