The AP-7 highway experienced severe traffic congestion in both directions on Thursday, July 30, 2026, following two accidents. In Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, a truck overturned northbound, forcing the closure of two lanes. This incident led to up to 19 kilometers of traffic delays, as reported by the Servei Català de Trànsit (SCT), which is managing the vehicle's removal.
Further south, another accident in Subirats had caused twelve kilometers of delays due to a two-lane closure. The road has since been fully reopened, and current delays are around five kilometers.
