The editors, including **Ferran Debant**, **Miquel Canet**, and **Toni Cortès**, emphasize that this union will allow them to offer a unique package that includes a weekly newspaper, a digital daily, and a television channel, in addition to supplementary services such as audiovisual production.

The new group, directed by **Igualada** journalist **Toni Cortès**, reaffirms its commitment to proximity media. **L’Enllaç dels Anoiencs**, founded in **2001** and currently directed by **Montserrat Figueras**, is the most widely read newspaper in the region with 23,000 readers. For its part, **anoiadiari.cat**, created in **2008**, was the first digital newspaper in **Anoia** and one of the pioneers in **Catalunya**.
Work is currently underway on redesigning the website to convert **anoiadiari.cat** into the new digital daily for **L’Enllaç**. Regarding television, **Canal Taronja Anoia** is part of the **TAELUS** group, which brings together various media outlets in **Central Catalonia**, **Vallès**, and **Girona**. The management team is completed by **Montserrat Figueras**, **Toni Cortès**, and **Sergi Lladó**, director of **Canal Taronja Anoia**.
