The partnership, signed in April 2025, established Transgourmet as the primary supplier for the family-owned business based in Sant Fruitós de Bages. The new store, located on Maria Aurèlia Capmany street, marks a significant step for the brand's growth in Central Catalonia.

The Vilanova del Camí store has a sales floor of 390 m2 and employs six people. The agreement included rebranding existing Llobet supermarkets as Spar locations and opening additional stores under the international brand.
