Igualada Hoquei Club defeated by dominant Cent Patins in Copa Generalitat

The Rubí-based club secures two direct spots for the Spanish Championship after a successful weekend.

Igualada Hoquei Club missed out on the Copa Generalitat title after losing to HCR Cent Patins during a weekend dominated by the Rubí youth academy teams.

The competition, held from February 13th to 15th, served as a qualifier for the Spanish Championship. In the youth category, the Anoia team was beaten 4-2 by the eventual champions. Triviño's squad also defeated Club Hoquei Castellbisbal and Gadex to secure their national spot.
The U-20 women's team from Cent Patins also celebrated success, beating Tucans 4-2 in the final. Meanwhile, the Under-12 side will face a playoff for qualification after losing their final match against Jujol.
